You can tell because of the yellow shirt, the red hair, the jeans, leather gloves, skinny figure and highly deformed face.

Oh, and my eyes are white here because I´m possesed (the rest is just my regular old me, specially the blood stains )

I did a BG of the cabin window (the same where Deadite Cheryl floats in front of) referenced the deadite features mostly from the Evil Dead 2 movie (evil Ash and Eddie were specially helpful) and added the lightning most of the Deadite Scenes are known for.
